Fall Festival at Sonny Acres farm is a beloved Chicagoland tradition filled with pumpkins, amusement rides, hayrides, farm animals, seasonal food, live entertainment and fall fun for all ages.
Whether you’re planning a family day at the pumpkin patch, an autumn date night or an evening of haunted thrills with friends, there’s something waiting for everyone at Sonny Acres Farm.
As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, Sonny Acres Farm comes alive with the sights, flavors and excitement of fall. Pick out the perfect pumpkin, take a classic daytime hayride, visit our self-feed zoo or enjoy an afternoon filled with amusement rides and attractions. You can also browse the Farm Fresh Store, satisfy your sweet tooth at the Sweet Shoppe and enjoy a delicious selection of seasonal food and drinks throughout the farm. Attraction tickets and wristbands may be purchased online through TIXR or at the on-site ticket booth.

A paradise for kids, our Fall Festival in West Chicago offers an abundance of amusements that will keep them entertained for hours. From thrilling rides to feeding friendly farm animals, there’s something for every little adventurer. Our West Chicago farm boasts a train ride, a giant jumping pillow for bouncing fun, and the chance to indulge in a wide variety of amusements like carnival rides. Of course, don’t forget about our incredible selection of privately grown pumpkins! All of Sonny Acres Farm pumpkins are already hand-picked from our fields—just browse the patch and find your favorite!

Weekday Unlimited-Ride Wristbands
Visit Tuesday through Thursday from 10AM to 6PM and let the little ones enjoy unlimited amusement rides with a special weekday wristband.
Individual attraction tickets are also available throughout the festival. Tickets and wristbands may be purchased online through TIXR or at the farm.

Fall Festival Musical Guest Schedule
Halloween Costume Party—October 30
Join us on Friday, October 30, for the final night of the 2026 Fall Festival, featuring DJ Gizep at Sonny’s Bar, a costume contest and a Halloween party.
Additional entertainment dates and performers will be announced.

Special Monday Hours
Sonny Acres Farm will be open from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on Monday, October 12, as a special exception to our regular Monday closure.
